THE HAMPTONS
Location: Southampton, New York
This project is an exciting new custom build contemporary home. It’s located in the rolling hills of the most prestigious area of chic Southampton, New York. This weekend retreat is a 2.5 hour drive from our client’s Manhattan home. Dream had the pleasure of working on the design for the entire residence. The home has 25 rooms which consist of 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a study, theater, basement lounge area, cocktail room, gym, wine cellar, billiard room, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast area. Even more are the beautiful outdoor spaces that the property has to offer with a pool, outdoor dining, lounge area and upstairs balcony with lounge area.

The Results
Four moving trucks left Houston early on a Saturday morning and arrived in Southampton to meet the Dream designers. The installation took 3 full days with 4 movers setting up the entire home. The project involved furniture for all the rooms, outdoor furniture, window treatments, rugs, mattresses, all the bedding, towels, accessories & artwork. We even printed and framed family photos which were hung on the walls throughout the home.
The clients arrived on a Saturday morning after we had totally completed the install and were headed back to Houston. They called to tell us how thrilled they were with the results of the house and they couldn’t have asked for anything more! Our client’s wife was brought to tears of joy with the thoughtfulness in which Dream created their home. They were so pleased that they asked Dream to design their new 5 story townhome on the Upper East side of Manhattan that they had just purchased.
