MEXICO RESIDENCE
This spectacular residence is located in the historic district of Merida, Mexico underwent a three year total renovation. Out of this carefully considered design, a dramatic modern residence was created. One of our early challenges was the prohibition of the Historic Committee of Merida that the exterior could not be altered. The pool and areas of the master bath are open to the sky, both are walled in to create privacy. These ‘rooms’ make for very dramatic spaces to enjoy.

The Results
The residence has three bedrooms, including a beautifully designed Art Deco master bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own bath and lounge areas. The floors throughout this spectacular home are marble with several antique Persian and custom areas rug. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with commercial quality appliances. This technologically savvy home operates completely on its own produced solar electricity. Dream is extremely proud to have created and selected the interior furnishings for this beautiful and very alluring Mexican residence.
